changed the HOMOSEXUALITY doctrine icon to be more representative of homosexuality in general, instead of the default M/M icon.

fixed a silly little mistake.

edited the sexuality icons, heterosexuality should be slightly more saturated to match, and asexual pride flag has been replaced with the aroace flag, its seemingly fitting since it asexuality prevents seduction and romance, as well its slightly more symmetrically pleasing now.

realized I could just slap a 1.13.* on the file so I don't have to update it repeatedly.
