added command !unbot to kick bots, bots get kicked automatically on round end, fixed warning message with TTT2, fixed script error

disabled end round slowmotion if available, removed ULX dependency, added !bot X command to add bots

fixed round ending after time runs out although test round was still ongoing

+ added safety mechanism to prevent people from being kicked due to low karma (whoops)
+ added HUD display of valid chat commands during test rounds
+ late joiners and spectators now get to participate too
+ set damage to 100% even for players that had low karma at start of test round
+ fixed bug where karma didn't get restored properly after test round end
+ fixed bug of players not receiving credits
+ fixed bug where players would be forced to become traitor on following round even though it's no test round
