Added friendly defence spawn around Agrapol after capture, added PRF convoy that will attempt to secure the refinery and dustbowl base, added scout unit to recon diplomat convoy.

Removed Sandrift Airbase so that hostile AI doesn't get distracted, added PALA reaction force that spawns once landings have taken place.

Moved around some waypoints.

Added PALA carrier to sustain an air threat once bases are damaged.
