Added 3 new Config lines
"SummonRemoveDice": enable/disable Dagger and Shotgun summons removing their Pierce Dice, also prevents potential mod conflicts from breaking cards if disabled
"SummonAllLogic": enable/disable forcing Gauntlets & Revolver summon to only add Atelier Logic's Pierce Dice
"SummonAllRanga": only used if SummonAllLogic is False; enable/disable forcing Gauntlets & Revolver summon to only add Ranga Workshop's Pierce Dice; Ranged Pages will still use Atelier Logic's Pierce Dice

Reworked EGO Implementation
- Locks Vanilla EGO pages and sets this mod's EGO pages to current floor
- Unlocks Vanilla EGO at the start of every battle, may conflict with EGO reworks?
- Added config to disable mod EGO pages (and lock implementation)
Fixed Summon Passives not buffing non-Roland summoners
Fixed EGO Page Furioso recycling 1 less than it should
