Update 1.1

Ionic Surge
- always pushes back the opponent

Ionic Shield
- will now no longer vanish when used

Charged Ionic Arm
- armor reduced
- parryable
- guardbreak

Gotcha
- Can no longer catch aerial opponents in neutral

- fixed opponent getting ready frame 1 on use

Combo scaling
- some moves will now properly scale combo

Charged Ionized Kick
- fixed bug where it would carry the opponent regardless of hit or miss
