added static option (you can disable it now)
added star option (you can disable them now)
added fps option
added new lighting system (brighter kind of buggy)
- added old lighting system option
added star list (right click on entity in spawnmenu and copy it, then you can add it to the star list to make a star appear on that entity on the scanner's screen)
made the stars change by distance
