added a button in whiterun (see screenshots), if you click on that button then the spells should be added properly after the update

► Added two new console commands:
MS_DEL -> If you set it to 1 (set MS_DEL to 1) then you can remove all spawned actors by activating them.

MS_VERSION -> Write "GetGlobalValue MS_VERSION" to show which version of this mod you have installed.

UPDATE:
► Added Samurai
► Tweaked the levels of the actors, so that they aren't overpowered / overweak
► Added Packages to some actors so that they will go around and act with objects (sitting, sleeping, eating, etc.)
