Cultural Calendars removed. Causes a repeater error even run on its own, mod runs fine however. Fixed Repeater errors from More Dynasty Legacies - Break My Peacock Edition happens even when mod runs alone. Fixed Repeater error coming from Overextension (Will be revisited)

Battle Events, Better Battles, and More Single Combats are a true melded hybrid now. Battle Events will only run events now, single combats coming from Better Battles and More Single Combats. The rules for Battle Events, Single Combats have been removed as well.
