Montana Hull Bonuses:
Combined 7.5% spread bonus with 30% bonus
Removed casemate bonuses

Munitions:
20mm HE-AM-T penetration to 3cm
406mm HE penetration to 20cm
406mm SH-AP damage to 100hp

Power Priorities:
Increased power priority of 20mm Mk2 Mod 0 to be in line with other ballistic PDTs
Increased Power Priority of 406mm Mk7 Mod 0 and Mk28 Mod 3 to be above that of VLS and missile prog arrays
