hotfix:
-Throw back doesn't get interrupted by landing
-down special no longer allows you to stay in the air and spam it
-the finisher on up throw is now coded better (it still doesn't work well on less tall stages and will lead to bad visuals)

- added a brand new finisher move for Up throw (it's the only finisher, so don' bother for serching other ones) : it activates when the last opponent is at 150% and on their last stock
-up special doesn't put you into fall_special
-side special goes to land_light instead of land_heavy
