Now with Large Crewed Reactors and command points. Please be aware that the command points might break older ships until additional command rooms are added

Removed icon for the whole ship reactors since they were showing up on even armor parts. Verified in creative with a reactor with no access to crew that it would not provide power without crew and would as soon as I dropped a crew room next to it to be crewed.
