Fixed a quick mistake

Units:
- Akkadian (Mat Assur) = Assyrian
- Akkadian (Mat Tamti) = Babylonian/ Kassite
- Akkadian Chariots = Mesopotamian Chariots (used by both)
- Babylonian Specialists = Mesopotamian Specialists
- High Royal Guard = Royal Guard of the Universe

Finally trimmed all the fat off so this mod file only has the tables in it that it changes.

Faction:
- Troy = Wiluša

Province:
- Wilusa = Wiluša

Settlement:
- Troy = Wiluša

Unit:
- Troy/ Trojan = Wiluša/ Wilušan
- Kushite = Kerman (at game start, the Kingdom of Kush didn't exist yet, but the Kingdom of Kerman used to)

Faction Der changed back to Igihalkid because I noticed that faction is classified as Elamite in the diplomacy menu. So these must be remnants of the dyansty that Shutrukid is overthrowing and hasn't fully overthrown yet.

Northern Phoenicia changed to Phoiníkē vóreios
Middle Phoenicia changed to Phoiníkē mésis
Southern Phoenicia changed to Phoiníkē nótios

Hanigalbat returned to Hanigalbat as vanilla, thanks to mod that can change faction names in-game.
Assyria minor faction no longer Assur but now Aššur

At behest of some knowledgeable friends on the Pharaoh Discord, I've changed:
Faction names:
- Dimašq = Aram-Dimašq
- Bāb-ilim = Karduniaš (Kassite name for Babylon)
- Cimmerians = Kaskians
