Added the BATTLESTATIONS update from More Fun Sengoku Boats, so your soldiers on boats now run to their stations, and boat battles will be more fluid and the AI will be less gamey.

Also fixed the boat crew equipment and fighting styles.

-FIXED Portugal was unable to construct military ports on their own with the AIO/Fuwuvi mod pack.
