-Merchant Caravel is now TWICE as likely to catch fire from fire arrows than before. It is a trading ship, not battened down for battle. Plenty of flammables aboard!

-Merchant Caravel now has half as many Marines and Seamen. In order to make them cheap I gotta make em weaker!
