- Fixed missing textures

- QOL improvements. Added plenty of stuff from my Vanilla+ menu including single player versus

- Added server browser and search all games buttons

- Added Urik's ingame menu and expanded addons menu by a little bit

- Removed "gamesettings_commentary.res" so it would not conflict with L4D1 developer commentary track

- Fixed the loading spinner appearing next to "Extras" instead of "Addons"
