Citizen Overview
- added a new UI element to the settlement info bar which details what units are available in that regions recruitment pool
- the added information will now allow the player to strategically target enemy regions with unique/rare units or anticipate their sustainability due to unit reserves
- rarity icons will pulse/enlarge based on the strength of a rarity type in a settlement/region
