Spoils of War (Alpha)
- have a chance to gain one of new 135 items that can be equipped to units before or after battle
- chance and rarity of the item depends on the faction's strength
-- this is an early implementation, that will be revised in a later update

Fixes
- fixed wrong order in outpost garrisons that could lead to generals switching places with units
- fixed wrong audio playback for units
- fixed some bugs and crashes
