-No longer needs TF2 to be installed
-When a player's model changes, the particle hats will re-equip
-The console no longer spams TF2 particle errors
-More updates coming in the future

Removed Orbiting Planets
Fixed a typo with the Nuts 'n' Bolts effect
Edited the allowed equiped to 1 (temp fix for spectator issues)
