Added a fix for item not restocking in greed modes; Added a fix for the price of R key in greed mode (kinda)

Fixed the pickup wait being too short; Fixed a bug where devil deal prices being incorrect after putting down the pedestal; Moved update distance checking to pre collision checking instead, should be more efficient; Should fix the shop restock reroll to pickup instead of collectible bug; Fixed tcain able to get the item; Fixed the bug where player would die from picking up a deal that grants hearts

Added special T Isaac Interaction, now he will drop the selected item on the ground
