Pushed out update to fix conflict with the shared.lua file in the original addon.

Changed SRMS to have same life span as SSRMs, reduced their drop by 50%.

Reduced LRM speed by about 30% they can now be dodged more easily. Will change their behavior again later.

Decreased drop on plasma cannons, you no longer need to Kentucky windage to hit something right in front of you.

Cleaned up unused code causing errors.
