Update attempting to fix problem with progression and adjusting fire commands for attacking force.

Bug splats for Operation Nike

Added Operation Nike.

Changed messages in Operation Heracles and changed every spawn mode to flight ready after the first new base is captured. This should make it less frustrating to be shot down and having to wait for startup.

Changed spawnable enemies' loadouts and made 'writing' more visible.

Corrected file order in preparation for new mission and bug fixes.

Fixed Silos

Changed the completion condition for infantry objective to make it less of a grind.

Frozen time.

Added Silos for testing.
