Following feedback from a player, I have set RTB waypoints to a reloading station near first spawn and also added a move spawn command to make all players spawn closer to the city once the airport is captured. (Operation Troy)

Change to hot start on spawn move.

Minor tweak.

Added another set of objectives to give time for optional AV-42c objectives to be finished.

A whole bunch of changes to fix issues with Operation Hephaestus.

Change more behaviours and increased convoy speed.

Changed infantry behaviour.

Changed budget for both free flights.

Fixed Issue with escort objective.
