Updated Vortex Alt to 2025 palette

v1.3 (Vortex Pass 1)

Overview:
Teenah's strengths leaned too hard into Uspecial, and her passive meter gain promoted camping and other generally lame behavior. These changes are aimed at rewarding more active play, as well as making her more bearable to play against in neutral.


Gameplay:

Will Meter reworked:
-Will is now gained on-hit instead of over time. Specials do not generate Will
-If Teenah is parried, Will is drained

Utilt:
- Animation and range changed to be more functional
- Hurtbox corrected

Ustrong:
- No longer in-air actionable on hit

Nspecial:
- Fixed issue where Nspecial had no parry stun

Uspecial:
- Directional follow ups are now disabled on parry
- Upward follow up hitbox size decreased when not hitting a player with the corkscrew
- Forward follow up hitbox lifetime reduced 16 -> 9
- Downward follow up spike lifetime reduced 16 -> 8
The remaining hitbox lifetime is replaced with a sourspot
Overall lifetime reduced 16 -> 12
- Fixed issue where Uspecial's extra aerial use was removed when wall jumping or when hit


Misc:

- Pratland increased 15 -> 18
- SFX improved on Strongs
- Fixed issue where special cancels would trigger unintentionally
- Fixed issue for missing sprites on Catooken Rune


Character Select:

- 'Vortex' Alt and CSS Icon Added
- 'Eye of the Seeker', 'Star Player', and 'Sky Pirate' colors adjusted

- Air speed reduced 5.2 -> 5
- Fixed bug where runes weren’t selectable
- Compats added: Amber, Miiverse, Dracula, Scoop

- Sourspot kbs increased .3 -> .6

Uair:

- Sweetspot added on the foot
