Surface configs improved (added ace cannotDig, vehicle speed coefficient, dust effects, etc.)
Fixed missing footstep sound on concrete floors in the military base.
Removed intro mission (not compatible with Arma3).
Added mod icon.
Removed Chernarus (CUP Terrains - Maps) dependency.
