5.1.3 removed upkeep cost of all legendary heroes, to fit with this change, Nagash mod is removing all of them also

- Added Hunger to the Nagash's Vargheist. (Vanilla's Vargheist got one in the 2.0 patch)

- Removed army ability from the custom battle as they show up unwanted UI
- Removed skill required for Nagash's book as Mortarch should also be able to equip them
