Added resource_ui_overrides_tables so that Nagash culture won't see the Throgg trolls and the save orc in the citybar

- Animation update for 7.0
- Table schema update for 7.0
- Fixed the issue of cm:add_unit_to_faction_mercenary_pool and cm:add_unit_to_province_mercenary_pool not working in 7.0
- Added new settlement types to settlement_type_to_building_chains_junctions_tables for the foreign buildings
- Changed the effect scope of the Lahmia building since CA changed the name of it (foreign_building_to_forces_own_regionwide->foreign_building_to_force_own_regionwide)
- Now Nagash's coastal settlements have 2 building slots. (Since CA made the template for this)
- Now Nagash gains access to the vanilla landmarks of Mousillon and Zandri
- Changed the template of Morgeim to that of vanilla since vanilla starts to support it. Which means Mixer no longer does

- Added mentor to the VMP and Nagash Kalledria
- Removed dark pact from the hand and Isabelle (Vanilla LH version also doesn't have it)
- Now Kalledria's landmark doesn't provide Cairn Wrath recruitment (Since she can do it from tier 0)
- Changed the Death is Peace and Servant to Greed's wh_dlc08_effect_force_all_campaign_upkeep effect into wh_main_effect_force_all_campaign_upkeep (The former effect isn't supported anymore)
- Removed hide_forest attribute from nag_morghasts attribute group (Because they're flying)
- Added recruitment cost for nag_doom_knights (Because they're RoRs)
- Added unit cap to Nagashizzar Knights
- Removed Skeleton Javelin cap effect from DK since they don't have caps
