changed the MERCs to be joyful

-unbuffed soldats a bit
-hopefully made engineers easier to kill
-made some units in fast track not spawn with insane weapons
-HOPEFULLY MADE HALFMAGS KILLABLE
-changed A.A.H.W scouts
-changed A.A.H.W riot guards
-changed dr. christoff and jebus to be a NEXUS agent (he worked on the project. maybe i'll change him into a basic scientist?)
-did some other stuff that i forgot
