Updated Type IIa U-boat (Highly realistic).

Made some quality of life changes and improvements to hopefully ease the use of torpedoes. Also updated the torpedoes for easier handling (added the ability to detach and activate the brakes for the sliding connectors). Fixed some other minor problems.

Changed torpedo tube outlets.

Updated the AA gun to allow mouse aim, adjusted the torpedo loading rail for easier torpedo loading.

Updated the hydrophone bearing and made some other minor changes.

Fixed stbd telegraph bell.

Uploaded Type IIa U-boat to the Workshop.
