Made some small tweaks, headbands should have color when dropped on the ground now.

High heels can no longer be made with ordinary metals like steel or uranium. My intention when initially adding the metallic category was to allow the player to make the heels out of luxurious materials like gold or silver so I tweaked things to reflect that.

High heels can be made out of jade.
