Been informed that acid grenades used will not work once next game update is launched. Saved the current grenades and detonators as separate items to avoid the system breaking upon new game update launch. Thanks to Arti Strelkov for pointing the issue out.

Added submarine description.
Fixed one hull part of ballast being called gunnery compartment and not considered wet.
Inserted a fuel rod into the reactor.
Made toxin storage full by default instead of completely empty.
Minor decoration fixes.

Made engine have larger impact on speed and power grid with overclock and underclock.

Remade the airlock system- no longer stays open after undocking from station, closes hatch if no one is nearby.
