IMPORTANT: I've been made aware of the AI issue when trying to use the Penance or Vigilant in AI controlled fleets, Lys is hopefully going to see the discussion about it in Mod-Dev so I'll have to wait on her to get to me about that because I've got no idea what is suddenly causing this issue.
