Reduced the max storable stellar plasma from 1,000,000 to 100,000

Added has_stellar_manip_tech_2 trigger, primarily for use in Hyperquasaric Megaconstruction , but others may find their own uses for it

More things now check for the the has_stellar_manip_ap trigger instead of the AP itself, improving compatibility with other mods that seek to overwrite any stellar manipulation content

Updated version tag in descriptor to (loosely) follow semantic versioning rules

Reworked Stellar Manipulator construction process - you now build the construction site as normal but upon completion of stage 1 you are asked how you wish to specialize the Stellar Manipulator (this was done to allow for more easily coded restrictions on where you can build the Stellar Mass Harvester/Injector)

Fixed UI overwrites

Renamed the Stellar Manipulation AP internally to avoid conflicts with the Unique Ascension Perks mod

No more stellar manipulators in bi/trinary systems until I can be bothered to create like 70 star classes and icons for every possible combination of stars

Nerfed O Class Systemcraft, replaced extra T slots with X slots, same as the systemcraft, removed several Aux slots

Fixed an issue present in base Gigas in the overwrite of the fusion supressor detonation event

Fixed the Stellar Mass Harvester changing the star class incorrectly for the M Giant/A Class

O Class Systemcraft model now has some fancy particles around the star so it looks less flat

Added a scripted variable for detection of this mod in toggled inlines

Fixed incorrect tech weights for the O Class Systemcraft and Systemcraft Assembler techs

Added a "Pause" approach to the Stellar Plasma Extraction situation

Removed a lot of outdated code

Replaced some civic/country type checks with triggers for compatibility purposes

Reorganized/renamed all events, rewrote many, removed some

Maybe more, I forgor (I stopped working on this for like a month so I've probably missed stuff in this changelog). As always, let me know if I broke anything, I test what I can sometimes there are edge-cases that I miss

The Stellar Mass Harvester should no longer be buildable on Ignited Stars in bi/trinary systems

Fixed the Stellar Manipulation Ascension Perk still being accessible even when all related content is disabled

(Hyperquasaric Megaconstruction accounts for this in theory by switching to the ascension perk meant for users who don't have the Stellar Manipulation mod enabled)

Stellar Manipulation now has buttons for customization in the Gigas menu, let me know if you have any issues with this, I had limited time to test

O Class Systemcraft no longer requires the Stellar Manipulation ascension perk - now only requires Systemcraft tech 6 and O Class Dysons
