  • Fixed some effect description:
    Since patch 1.9, intervening private construction no longer affects privatization.
  • Improved the script of profit conditions:
    Buildings that don't meet the conditions won't be expanded anymore.
    Previously, they might be further expanded if they were already being expanded.

  • Improved how "Strict Profit Conditions" works:
    Previously, if multiple levels of a building were added into the private construction queue, but the profit conditions couldn't be met anymore during the construction, the rest of these constructions might be cancelled even when they were already partly finished.
    Now they won't be cancelled unless finishing them will cause a huge negative balance or a huge drop of market access.
