Added tanks to vehicle requisition; new custom icons; animations for parachutes; player no longer forced out of top-down view for call-ins after requesting; made it so smoke signal can be found in Equipment tab as well as Requisition

Player no longer forced out of top-down view when calling in support options; adjustments to buildables to hopefully fix them for some players

Decommission button; Toggle spawnpoint button; assorted improvements
