Lidar Scanner 2.2 Update

Now the dots are saved much faster(file format 2);
Ability to delete saves;
Added checkbox to automatically remove dots before loading save;
Fixed the length of the burst scan(previously it was cut off with a long RealFrameTime);

Fixed gaps when burst scanning.
Added projector and projectorontripod entities from the old version.
Added highlighting of projectors from the old version(tripods are not highlighted).
Added glitch effect.
lidarscanner_sv_seeker_enabled is now 0 by default.
