-Readded polaris boxes
-Added eye boss i guess at the new "time?" location

-Added atms where you can store up to 20 000$ money
-Added vendor machines where for 25$ you can buy drinks (i think i will lower the price)
-Added stallion to the map (its very rare but is the fastest vehicle , only has 4 spawns)
-Added ???
-Fixed some things
-I FORGOT also added new material "spectral stones" which are used to craft new structures that just look cool (and have more hp than anything else)
