-Forgot to reduce healing aggro for stench users on first pass, now corrected.

-Added Stench support. Having the Stench Talent will now HALVE the amount of Scorn you generate.
-Cleaned up some code to make adding support for more things in the future easier if needed.
-Changed "Gained Ire" message to "Surging Ire".
-Adjusted the Concentrated Ire VFX and positioned it in the Overhead position so that for larger characters it would still be visible (Dragon summons etc).

-Cleaned up the instance where there could be multiple DBs created from healing aggro, and added failsafe code to remove extra DBs in case of future similar errors.

-Adjusted the stats for the stance, adding some resistances while you have Concentrated Ire and lowered the users damage a bit more.
-Some more minor tweaks.

-Even more output cleanup, should be very few confusing instances now.
-Buffed taunting shield throw to 3 bounces from 2.
-Buffed Scorning Shout from 20% armor replenish to 30%.

-Added a VFX for having the stance active, makes it easier to tell if you have it if you need to toggle it.
-Toned down the Concentrated Ire VFX a little more.
