Fixed a typo of my own Name and Title, so it's no longer Geitor the Geitor but now should be Geitor the Terrible.

Paid attention at how other nations priced their commanders, increased RP of the more powerful commanders by 1.

Buffed COTE Unit/Bots, gave them +1 MR to make up for the low Protection.

Small nerf to Developers, reduced Research Speed and made them slightly more costly considering that they're Rank 4 magic and rare-ish secondary skills.
