Possibly fixed pack reloading when vehicle list changes. Now waits for all the packs to load before reloading so that asset bundles can stop being used.

recompile to hopefully change something, i didnt test it at all. i dont know what the problem is.

maybe fixed additional hardpoints not being selectable or just really buggy occasionally, probably needs more testing but its my birthday so you should go do it instead of meeee :3

Might've fixed some more MP pack sync stuff, also added more temporary debug logs and ingame errors related to them.
