Updated the casino bars to have the same inventory as other swamp locations like the Dancing Skeleton. Also gave them the name 'Casino' to help keep them a bit more distinct.

Went ahead and undid the ability to sell illegal and stolen items. Stolen items was a bit much, and illegal items should still be sellable due to the Blackshifters having swamp trade culture.

Fixed the squad the dealers are assigned to to be considered a trader squad. Should also now buy stolen and illegal items.
