Fix bad configs for Behemoth spec.

Small but significant class tree change:
>> Swapped Sharpshooter Armature in the Behemoth tree and Suppressing Fire in the Cannoneer tree. This is due to Suppressing Fire requiring the soldier to also have Suppression to actually work. This was the least invasive way to solve this problem.

What the what?! Curse me and not scrolling up in the file. Properly adjusted ALL MEC Trooper stats to be 10 HP + 1 Armor pip by default.
