UPDATE FOR WRSR Version 1

- Destruction of the paths of all ruined buildings to prevent them from being inhabited by people
- Delete all automatic consumables to avoid having to spend money from the start of the game
- The electrical substation on the Polish side was reset to zero
- The cars on the soviet racetrack are now in depot, no longer on a lap when you start a new game
