Forgot to move the gestalt stuff

Mostly changed where some stuff where sold

Moved some stuff over to the fence, added icons for the items that where missing that, added the morningstar to Q-Bert'shop and megascythe to the black market and lastly removed the harmasist clothing items from the store due to them basicaly being orderly clothing but colourization unfriendly

Added throwables

Moved the Gestalt Backplate back to Q-Bert's, for consistancy's sake

Moved some of the armor items from Q-Bert's to the blackmarket

Made some weapons buyable from the shops now
