Added C4 Variants with different timers and did some re-balancing on the FN FAL.

Added new explosives and melees from Rust and EFT

Basic rebalance and re-sounding update

Added a Colt SAA and fixed the existing .357 with new sounds. Added a mossberg 590/maverick 88 and made into the "Police Shotgun"

Re-did the third-person placement of many different weapons and did a few recoil changes to a few weapons. Just a refinement update.

Added a new lore-friendly weapon, a version of the FO4 10mm Pistol chambered in .44 Magnum for Power Armored Troopers.
