Changed inheritance of HEI .50 ammo, to use SLAP as a base (It was using the Barret's MK211 ammo before), changed the explosion effects to be less aggressive.

Added muzzle have to weapon pods.

> Toned down the HE splash area of HEI Ammo, hopefully reducing the particles.

> Added NVG variants to RHS HGU/P's (Only the ones with visors have variants with NVGs) [Variants meaning both non-NVG and NVG capable helmets exist].

Added my own 'Weapons Hold / Safe' dummy weapon.
Updated ALCM's LODs not being in the same postion.
Updated some munitions to have better inheritancy.
Made HangarGates Composition into a prefixed folder/pbo & added a better CUP softcompat config.
Added hiddenselections to the ALCM "Display" model. ("body", "seekercone")
