-Added a Chicago Whiteman Air Force Base event
-Made EVERY event more dynamic depending on if your Purist or Reformer
-Added "Air Mission Efficiency" as an effect for Air Mobility Command Bases
-Added more clarification for Tooltips
-Added several jokes and more references to my code
-Rebalanced EVERY Installation Event
-Added more Air Defense System ideas to match with each difficulty
-Brought back the old Chicago Difficulties, TAKE THAT TRY HARDS!
-Added new tech for ERX Military Installations exclusively
-Removed several Installation VPs on Zach orders and advice from others, I put down notes for each installation if you have trouble finding one of these removed VPs.
