fixed the shading not being smooth on the heavier goggles

tacticool update part 1 is out

added the kevlar concealment

seperated the mag jaw and its full version into seperate items to fix an issue with colors

updated half of the mag gear with new textures/color capabilities and added an alt mesh for the mag jaw

Updated the gladiator helm to now support colors and added the hazmat gasmask.

converted the mag gear pack into the misc gear pack, adding a whole bunch of new items (too lazy to count them lololol)

Fixed the glow on the visors being white.
