Removed spawning of Handlebar's Vintage camos which was causing errors if you did not have the mod installed.

Added "Doomsday Preppers." Better geared, guaranteed higher teir weapons from your selected packs. Very, very rare.
Lowered default rarity from 0.25 to 0.2 for Preppers.
Lowered spawn chance of Alice and Survivor backpacks, now more hiking bags and duffel bags.
Decreased the amount of loot in the backpacks, (sometimes you woul get 10+ items, this was not originally intended. (maybe I can make this toggled to have more?)

Added Firearms B41 Revamped Support!
