[Compats, Tweaks]

- Gnoblin pirates and Elven isolationists use VGE’s base generation
- Helixan (AG) uses Very slow runner gene (B&S) instead of Slow runner gene
- Nyctophile (Consolidated Traits) nullifies Swallowed by darkness thought
- Night owl agrees with Darkness meme, and disagrees with Light meme (VIE - M&S)

[Rebalances (if "stronger enemies" is enabled)]

- Melee warlord psycasters comes with Speed boost and Blade focus
- Ranged warlord psycasters comes with Speed boost and Firing focus
- Protector psycasters comes with Painblock and Focus
- Necropath psycasters have a 50% chance to come with Psychic vitality
- Highthrall psycasters have a 50% chance to come with Psychophage
- Elven blade-guards (Rim-Elves) are Warlord psycasters (req: VPE)

[Rebalances (if "gene rebalances" is enabled)]

- Heat/Cold tolerent/super-tolerent: met -1/-2 -> 0/-1 (they conflict with Heat/Cold weakness/immunity genes, and that’s more than enough as a cost.)
- Slow/Fast/Very fast runner: move speed offset -0.2/0.2/0.4 -> -0.4/0.4/0.7 (also adjusted naked speed genes’ offset along)
- Extremely fast runner (VRE - Lycanthrope): move speed offset 0.6 -> 1.0, loses terrain cost ignoration, arc cost 1 -> 2
Clawed hands (AG): met -1 -> 0
Very weak hands, extremely weak hands (WVC): met +3/+6 -> +4/+8
- If Vehicle Framwork is loaded, Levitation (WVC) loses Mass x0% effect (since vehicles have passenger limits regardless of pawns’ mass, transport pods can be stronger than aerial vehicles which would stress their inconsistency even more.)
- If Integrated Implants is loaded, Levitation (WVC) loses move speed offset (and mass factor), and costs the same as wing genes (to avoid soft overlap with Psychic levitator).

[Misc]
- Reduces overdose severity variance of Shiver (Shard) from Rim-Gnoblins if B&S is loaded (Due to the body size gene replacement, it could cause instant overdose for Gnoblins in unfortunate cases.)
- Charge bow (Rim-Elves): cooldown 2 -> 1, base damage 25 -> 30 (if "equipment rebalances" is enabled)

This patch is rebalance-focused. They should be only active if the corresponding option is toggled on.

[VVE rebalances]
(fuel settings can be changed via Mod options -> Vehicle Framwork: this mod won’t override it)
- Swarmer rocket (used by Scytheman, Burya and Goliath): damage 28 -> 14
- Frog, Toad, Goliath: 4x fuel consumption and fuel capacity
- Mosquito: 10x fuel consumption and fuel capacity (still less than 2x of a transport pod per distance)
- Louie: 8x fuel consumption and fuel capacity
- Cherokee: 2x fuel consumption, 8x fuel capacity
(Smuggler is intentionally left untouched)
- Outlander base, Empire base and Orbital bulk goods trader sells 10x amount of Chemfuel

[Natural armor]
- Thrumbo skin (VGE): nerfed (by 10%/10℃ at legendary) (not op on its own, but additive to other natural armor implants and genes)
- If VGE is loaded, also nerfs skin glands and subdermal armors (Integrated Implants) by around 10%.

[Gene rebalances]
- Animal summon genes (Alpha Genes): met -1/-3-/5 -> -3/-5/-7
- Recessive/Dominant genome (VRE - Highmate): met +1/-2 -> 0/-1
- Major cell instability: met +4 -> +3
- Extreme cell instability (VRE - Waster): met +6 -> +5
- Progressive cell instability (VRE - Waster): met -> 0
- Archite psylink (WVC): archite cost 2 -> 4 If VPE is loaded (passive psyfocus gain also grants psycaster xp)
- Rotfish uses Water striding gene instead of Humid adaptation gene (req: Alpha Genes)
- Rotfish gets Awful plants gene instead of Poor plants gene
- Rapid corruption: met -> 0
- Efficient reproduction: met +1 -> 0

[Misc]
- Mend weapon/apparel/armor: work amount 1000/1000/1000 -> 10000/10000/60000 (same as Duster/Marine armor)
- Corporate deserters (Rimsenal Faction) use VGE’s custom generation: loot table is focused on corp armors and weapons
- Several label/description patches

[New cherry picker]
- Humid adaptation (Rotfish) if Alpha Genes is loaded

[Vanilla Base Generation Expanded compats]
- Federation (Rimsenal) uses custom generation: uses Plasma mortar, has Federation-related loot table
- Rimsenal corp factions use custom generation: has fitting loot table (their weapons, armors and ingredients)
- Feral and Spacer factions (Rimsenal) use custom generation as well (Feral bases are guranteed to be slavery type)
- Empire base uses Striker turret (req: VFED)
- Empire base loot: added Intel (VFED), Aperitif (VFEE)
+ Eltex (VPE) for mining base
+ Charge cycler (VFED), Charge thumper (VFEE) for defense base

[Trait - Nullifying inspiration compats]
- Animal hater (VTE) prevents Inspired taming
- Ascetic prevents Inspired cooking (VSIE)
- Anxious (VTE) and Recluse prevents Flirting frenzy (VSIE), Party frenzy (VSIE) and Inspired recruitment
- Coward (VTE) prevents Melee frenzy (VSIE) and Shoot frenzy
- Deadshot (Consolidated Traits) prevents Melee frenzy (VSIE)
- Prude (VTE) prevents Flirting frenzy (VSIE)
- Technophobe (VTE) prevents Inspired research (VSIE)

[WVC genepack tweaks (optional, default false)]
- Disables W-pack and Ultrapack (genepack with WVC genes will still spawn, just shown as vanilla genepacks) (Mechapack is untouched)
- Adds Genepack/W-pack/Ultrapack thrower gene to auto cherry picker (Mechapack thrower is untouched, which is also used by Throwex)
- Changes genepack name of Mechapack thrower to “mechapack thrower” from “genepack thrower”
- Reduces the amount of genepacks with WVC genes in traders (0~3 -> 0~1)

[Misc]
- Teetotaler disagrees with High life meme
- Occultist, Void fascination agrees with Inhuman and Ritualist meme

- Scarshield (WVC): Incoming damage factor -15% -> -5% per scar
- Hemogenic scarless, Hemogenic metabolism: met -5/+4 -> 0/0

- Close combat armor (Rimsenal): move speed +0.5 -> -0.4, armor 1.05/0.76/0.7 -> 0.85/0.55/0.5

If Alpha Genes and B&S are loaded,
- adds Tough sinews gene to auto cherry picker (as B&S’s Giant weapon wielder / Giant trait covers more type of oversized weapons).
- renames Giant trait to Tough sinews
- Removes gene prerequisites from Giant weapon wielder, met 0 -> -2 (same as Tough sinews gene)

- Psychic harmonizer: x1/4 impact
(only with "Stronger negative moodlets" option) (could single-handedly nullify mood management mechanics, especially since the risk can be avoided with Mind-numb serum now)

- Healing enhancer uses Injury healing factor instead of Natural healing factor
(since they are duplicate stats, except the latter won’t be reflected on stat info.)

- Adjusted Deathlike body tweaks for B&S
(removed: “+2 archite cost”, “removes perfect immunity from xenotypes with Deathlike body”)
(added: “removes custom effect description and makes it conflict with Non-senescent if B&S-VU nor Hellsing ARMS Ultimate isn’t loaded”)

- Nullifies B&S’s change which makes heat/cold weakness’s offset to -4.5/4.5℃ (rolls it back to -5/5℃)
(also removes cold weakness from Emperor/Elixir slime)

- Cold super-weakness (WVC): met +4 -> +2
- More capital inconsistency fix patches
