removed the ability to craft the two banners unlocked from tech, "Banner of the Empress’ Eye" and "The Great Celestial Banner", as those (especially the latter) are too strong to be able to craft. might re add the ability to craft them later with much higher costs and requiring the tech that unlocks them.
